I was reminded of a wonderful memory earlier tonight. It was several years ago and I was working the evening shift at a diner I was employed at back then. There was a huge storm and it knocked out the power in our neighborhood. I wasn't looking forward to going home to a boring, dark house after work. Imagine my surprise when I turned onto our street and saw our house full of light!! I got inside and found that Earl had lit candles all over the house. He and my youngest son and I spent a wonderful evening playing Yahtzee and dice games. It was so thoughtful and one of the best nights ever!!
